The lack of accessibility to knowledge, gender-inequalities, low motivation, less female role models and inadequate resources are main reasons why many poor women have not been able to develop themselves. This creates a vicious cycle and makes them incapable of becoming independent in attaining complete control of their finances.
We act as change-makers, trainers and influencers to resolve these problems for women and inspire a just and equal attitude within the communities.
Volunteers who are keen on exploring inspiring women stories on the field. Volunteers who can use the power of social media and garner help.
Donors who are willing to donate for pushing sales by marketing the products supplied by women.

PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
"Throughout my life, I observed how brilliant women's minds are, and how society doesn't encourage them enough to realize their full potential. The most sustainable way of bringing about a paradigm shift is to empower women with financial knowledge. We focus on a 'hand-holding' approach and offer integrated solutions from awareness, knowledge, skills training, self help groups and community engagement.
Our network of volunteers & collaborators help women find market opportunities, sell their products, earn more and save better.
All this comes on the master backdrop of better financial understanding so that the outcomes are evolving, positive & permanent."
currently I'm a third year student studying BSc in Economics Hons in Symbiosis School of Economics, Pune. I'm an avid learner with a drive toward learning new things everyday. Arth Sangini was the first place I ever interned at, and honestly, I had a great learning experience there. The atmosphere there strives for the betterment of women and making them financially and emotionally independent through various different methods such as their training, workshops, and skill development programs. Overall, I took along with me a great bundle of knowledge, experience and skills which would definitely help me with my future endeavours.
I am Avisha Chordia. Based out of Jaipur, I am a great cultural enthusiast and love to capture small moments with my camera. Doing art, playing sports, dancing, baking and travelling would more or less define me.
Being an ambivert I love to socialise and get to know about people's interests but at the same time spend some quality time alone trying different forms of art and listening to music. I am a secondary school graduate with an aim to pursue designing for a better future.
Arthsangini has provided me with an opportunity to give back to the women in our society. I volunteered in their NGO to help design a self-vending sanitary pad machine which was installed in several rural schools in my home state and reached over 1000 women. It was a much needed experience to get to know about the current state of women in rural areas and how to give them access to their basic needs.
Arth Sanghini is not just an organisation, it is a movement. Financial literacy creates a path to self-sufficieny and Arth Sanghini continues to create a path for women to break down barriers and and reshape societal norms for lasting positive change. Through workshops and a supportive community, Arth Sanghini envisions a future where financial literacy becomes a transformative force, it guides women toward economic independence. Being a part of an organisation that has such strong values has truly been a privilege and an insightful learning experience for me.
I am a freshman at Northeastern University and will be pursuing Environmental Science as a major. I have always been passionate about changing my early thoughts and ideas into actions, and thus I was attracted to Arth Sangini. Financial literacy is every women’s basic need.
Have completed my schooling from The International School Bangalore.
As a girl passionate about financial independence and empowerment, discovering Arth Sangini was a game-changer. This NGO doesn't just teach about budgeting and saving; they ignite a fire within women to take control of their financial futures. I am proud to be part of this initiative and play my part in this organisation.
Originating from Jaipur, India, my academic journey began at Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Vidyalaya. I am currently in my first year at the University of Toronto, where I am pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering. This diverse educational experience has fostered in me a profound respect for inventive engineering solutions that aim to positively impact society.
Working with ArthSangini has been an enriching and transformative experience that extended beyond mere participation in a project. Through my involvement in their pioneering initiative to up-cycle floral waste from temples into eco-friendly incense sticks, I gained invaluable insights into sustainable development and women's empowerment.
